Hello all and welcome back to the LCB blog!

To explain - over the last few months I have been attending the monthly Lingen Community Broadband Board meetings (quite a mouthful) as a guest and thought that it would be a good idea to keep subscribers and anyone who is interested informed of the general goings-on of these meetings - they are not intended to be shrouded in mystery - as well as giving service updates, news etc. etc.

As hopefully you all know I am now the Herefordshire council appointed broadband champion as well - which is part of a wider scheme to get 'superfast' broadband to Herefordshire (if you haven't please please fill in the questionnaire online www.fastbroadband4herefordshire.org.uk) - feel free to use the email I created for that to contact me with any broadband issues/queries - lingenBB@gmail.com.

This is my first blog post - I have with the help of David Thame managed to revive the old blog for the sake of completeness - these are the old posts going back to 2010.
