Service Level Update - to 31May
Service has been generally very good of late. A few problems earlier this week were quickly fixed once established by rebooting the Dairy House and Mountain Transmitters. Service level page has been updated.

Service Level Update - to 13/05/2012
Delighted to report after further tweaks from our engineer the broadband has been working very well. The service can also now be monitored by him remotely which wil help in the future. Please see the service level tab for the usual table.

After such a sustained period of grey overcast weather, it is unsurprising that the system has been not at peak levels of performnce. A few restarts have been required since Friday. See service level tab

Service Update
I have published the service level grid, and am pleased to report that everything has been going well since the system was reconfigured over Easter.
